Take A Deep Breath

One does not necessarily need to have a large assortment of yoga postures to practice (or in some cases entertain themselves with).

For example one can take a basic fundamental posture like warrior 2 and change the duration of time spent in the posture from 20 seconds to 60 and discover that it is now a significantly different or new challenge to remain calm, focused, and peaceful during those 60 seconds.

In this way, with consistent practice, we can become like the warrior and be more aware, centered, and precise, when confronted with difficult challenges in our daily lives.

Instead of reacting hastily with emotion, which often leads to regret, we can train ourselves to take a deep breath and chose an optimal response to the situation.

I can’t promise no regrets, but there can certainly be less.
