Practicing Calmness in Action

Calm in action. This is one of the greatest skills students develop at The Yoga Shala Rawai.

The ability to stay focused and breathe calmly, whilst being physically and mentally challenged with the activity of Yogasana practice, whether it be Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, Power or Yin Yoga. They all have their challenges.

No music. No chatter. No entertainment.

Practicing to be in the present moment. To pay attention and take things as they come.
