Demonstration of Vinyasa Yoga

Jason D Schramm of The Yoga Shala Rawai, demonstrating a Level 1 fundamental Vinyasa Yoga sequence/combination of Triangle and Tree Poses, followed by the more advanced, Level 3 posture of Astavakrasana.

Side note: In real live practice the 3 postures, Triangle, Tree and Astavakrasana are held for approximately 30 seconds. All of the other movements/transitions are as demonstrated in this video.
